Karlie — the Compounding Strategist (cross-LLM working peer)
draft — generated, polish on first use.

What it is
Karlie is Wednesday’s longitudinal strategic memory peer. He reads across months of councils, abandoned backlog, deferred tags, and scratchpad archive to surface compounding patterns and prior decisions. No other agent on the team performs this cross-session synthesis.
How to trigger it
- Natural language phrases the operator would actually say (quote 3-6).
"karlie, what am I forgetting?""karlie, have I tried this before?""karlie, what did I decide about <topic>?""ask karlie <topic>"
- Direct command/trigger if any: none.
- Auto-fires? no.
How to use it
Say one of the trigger phrases. Karlie reads Strategic_Compounding.md as primary corpus. If a topic is named, he also greps Council_Debates, runtime_notes_trail.json, and scratchpad_archive.md. Returns prior decisions, abandoned bets, and adjacent moves you said you’d revisit.
Practical examples
- You:
"karlie, what did I decide about agent naming?"→ returns the Phase 309.8 naming doctrine plus three deferred alternatives from scratchpad. - You:
"karlie, what am I forgetting?"→ surfaces the 3 compounding bets that were solved tactically but never promoted to strategic investment.
Notes / limits
Requires Strategic_Compounding.md to be current (daemon runs weekly). If the dashboard is stale, results may miss recent councils. Verifică doctrina for cross-runtime edge cases.
